CodeWomen+ organises events that welcome all women+ (including non-binary and trans). We aim to provide a safe space and harassment-free experience for all our participants, regardless of their background.

We do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination of our participants. Violating these rules may result in being expelled from the event and the CodeWomen community and banned from future events at the organisers' discretion. The CodeWomen Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved in the CodeWomen activities in any way, including when communicating about CodeWomen+.

Forms of harassment include, but are not limited to:

• Offensive verbal comments about gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing through photography or recording participants.
• Sexual language or content (i.e. sexual images) in any form or unwelcome sexual attention.
• Sustained disruption of talks, presentations, or any activities being held at the events (coming late, being noisy or talking during presentations, etc.).
• Inappropriate physical contact of any form.
